Sources and market rules: registers, terms, protocol pages and two accounts
Where each fact on this site comes from and when it was read, followed by what the public bodies of the UK, New Zealand, Ontario and the United States publish, with no verdict on playing anywhere.
This page gathers the sources and market rules that the rest of the site rests on. Each source is given with the address where it was opened and the date of reading, and each market rule with the public page it was taken from. Nothing here tells you whether you should or may play anywhere; it tells you where the facts came from, so that you can open the same pages yourself.
Two principles run through the whole site. An operator fact counts only if it stands in the operator's own documents or in a licence register, with a clause number wherever one exists. Figures about blockchains come from the projects behind those chains, and they never describe a casino.

Sources and market rules: the operators' documents
The terms of the twelve ranked casinos and of Vave were opened on each operator's own domain between 24 August and 12 September 2026. The payout rules (minimums, play-through, instalments, same-method rules, security holds, fees and deposit confirmations) come from a narrower window, 25 August to 8 September 2026. Vave's section 8 dates from 25 August, Shuffle.com's rules from 8 September, and nearly everything else from 2 September.
Not every figure sits in the terms, and the site says so whenever it quotes something else. Bitsler's minimum of about $10 comes from its help centre. Wolfbet's per-coin minimums and its habit of crediting deposits at broadcast come from its FAQ. Rainbet's single confirmation on deposits and Metaspins' claim of 0% fees come from their homepages. Where two documents of the same operator disagree, both versions are printed next to each other and neither is dropped. The rules themselves are lined up operator by operator on the payout-rule matrix.
Some terms also print a processing window for payouts. Those windows are on file, and they are left out on purpose on every page, including maximums. The reasoning is explained on the method page: a window is a promise, while the ranking only uses rules you can hold against a clause.
Licence registers
Curaçao. The Curaçao Gaming Authority runs a certificate portal at cert.cga.cw, where a licence is searched by the operator's domain. The authority also publishes a PDF list, and the portal and that list are two separate directories that do not always agree; both were consulted on 2 and 8 September 2026. Individual operators were looked up again between 8 and 13 September 2026: Shuffle.com on 8 September, Bitcasino.io, Bitsler, Metaspins and Vave on 12 September, and Rocketpot on both 12 and 13 September.
Anjouan. The register at anjouangaming.com was read on 2 September 2026, when it listed 1,508 licences. On 12 September 2026 Wild Fortune's entry was looked up: number ALSI-202509073-FI2, holder Metlait SRL, domain wildfortune.io, expiry 29 September 2026.
Statuses are quoted word for word as the register displayed them at the lookup: «active», «valid until» a date, or «not valid». Where the register and the operator's own terms disagree, both appear. Two cases show this. Metaspins points to Anjouan in its terms although the Curaçao register carries Metaspins N.V., and Wild.io's terms give Stack Gaming Ltd as the company while Nonce Gaming B.V. holds the certificate. How those findings feed into the score is visible in the ranking table.
Protocol documentation
Chain figures come from five pages covering four chains, all read on 15 September 2026:
- bitcoin.org/en/you-need-to-know. A new Bitcoin block roughly every 10 minutes on average, with block discovery described as probabilistic; 6 confirmations named as the minimum recommendation for high-value transfers.
- ethereum.org/en/developers/docs/consensus-mechanisms/pos/. Proof-of-stake time divided into slots of 12 seconds and epochs of 32 slots.
- ethereum.org/en/roadmap/single-slot-finality/. About 15 minutes for an Ethereum block to finalise.
- developers.tron.network/docs/concensus. Twenty-seven Super Representatives producing a block every 3 seconds; a block solidified once 19 distinct active Super Representatives have produced blocks at or above its height, typically in about 1 minute.
- solana.com/docs/rpc. The RPC reference defines processed (the newest view, still reversible), confirmed (voted on by over two-thirds of the stake that is active) and finalized (the strongest state the cluster recognises).
These figures appear only in sentences about the chains. None of them is presented as a casino's timing, and a cashier that waits for a different number of confirmations is following its own rule. Why the chain's clock and the operator's clock have to be kept apart is explained on the page about the stretch each party controls. The chain comparison puts them in context. Two accounts with the editors' own money
Everything else on the site is read. These two accounts are the exception, and they are described in full here, as on every page that mentions them.
Vave, 28 August 2026. At Vave the editors put in and took out their own money. Their withdrawals passed without any ID check until the cumulative amount reached about 5,000 USDT. It remains a single observation from one account and one stretch of time. Clause 8.7 keeps Vave's right to check identity before any payout.
TrustDice, May 2026. The editors deposited USDT at TrustDice over several weeks. No verification was asked for while the sum of withdrawals stayed under about US$5,000; the request that came next was switched to «payment under review». An email from compliance followed with a Veriff link. Veriff rejected a driving licence and passed a passport only at the fifth attempt. Some while later TrustDice emailed a second request for documents.
Neither account adds a point to the score. Their value is that they show a review from the account holder's side, which no clause describes. Where such a review sits among the steps of a payout is drawn in the outline of five stages.
What is not a source
Review portals, forums, social media, affiliate listings and copies of pages stored by third parties are not used for any fact. A page that could not be opened live counts as no source, and the matching cell stays empty. The name rows below the twelve ranked casinos carry no facts at all: every cell there shows a dash, and none of those casinos is linked.
Sources and market rules for the UK, New Zealand, Ontario and the US
This is the only page on the site that describes market rules. It reports what each public body's own page says, read on 15 September 2026, and draws no conclusion about any reader, any place or any casino.
United Kingdom. The Gambling Commission publishes public registers of licensed gambling businesses, licensed individuals and licensed premises, together with a register of regulatory actions it has taken against licensees. Anyone can search and download them at gamblingcommission.gov.uk/public-register. If you want to know whether a business holds a Commission licence, that register is where to look.
New Zealand. The Department of Internal Affairs leads the implementation of the Online Casino Gambling Act 2026, which has passed and is in force. According to the department's page at dia.govt.nz/online-casino-gambling, the new regime is being phased in and is not expected to be fully operational until 2027. The regulations supporting the Act have been released, and the department describes its current work as designing and launching the licensing process for a New Zealand online casino licence.
Ontario. iGaming Ontario's page on joining the market, at igamingontario.ca, says that an internet gaming operator wanting to enter Ontario's regulated market must take steps with both iGaming Ontario and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). Among those steps are executing an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario and registering with the AGCO. The same website carries a directory of the sites offered by registered and approved operators.
United States. Licensing of online casinos is decided state by state. None of the ranked operators, all of them offshore, holds a state licence, as the site footer also says. No statute text is on file, so no statute is quoted anywhere on the site. Casino play is restricted to adults, 18+ and in most states 21+.

What the operators' own lists say about the UK
Most operators publish a list of countries whose residents may not open or use an account. The table on this page shows, for Vave and the twelve ranked casinos, what each operator's own list says about the United Kingdom, with the clause where one is printed and the date the list was read, between 26 August and 8 September 2026.
The cells use three wordings. «The UK is on the list of restricted countries» means the operator names it there. «The UK is absent from the full list» means the complete list was opened on the operator's page and the UK does not appear in it; Thunderpick's clause 3.2, read on 2 September 2026, is that case, naming specific countries plus two open groups. A dash means no list entry is on file for that operator.
What such a clause means for an account is simple. The terms are the contract between you and the operator, and using an account against its country list is a breach of that contract. A breach gives the operator grounds under its own terms to act on the account, and any winnings on it are then at risk.
Two practical points follow. A country list can change without notice, so the read date in the table is only a starting point; open the current terms before you register. And a list in the terms can differ from what a sign-up form lets through, which is why the table quotes the document, not the form.
Paid placement
Vave pays for its position above the ranking. The slot is marked «ad» wherever it appears, Vave takes no rank, and the payment buys no points. Its facts meet the same rules as everyone else's: Latcas B.V. holds Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1676/0905, active since 19 May 2025, and on 12 September 2026 cert.cga.cw listed vavegame.com on that certificate, not vave.com. No other operator pays for placement, and no page links to any other casino. Vave's full fact box sits on the list page.

How to check a fact yourself
Every fact on the site is meant to be repeatable by you. The sources and market rules above are all public, so each step below needs nothing more than a browser:
- An operator rule. Open the terms on the operator's own domain, find the clause number given here and read the wording. Save the page with the date, because terms change.
- A licence. For Curaçao, type the casino's domain into cert.cga.cw; for Anjouan, enter the ALSI number at anjouangaming.com. Compare the holder, the domain and the status with what the casino's footer claims.
- A transfer. Copy the transaction hash shown in the cashier into a block explorer that covers the chain used; the protocol pages above explain what a confirmation means there.
- A market rule. Open the public body's own page named above and read the current version.
